Toshiba multi-split in Saint-Paul-le-Jeune
Installation of two Toshiba multi-split air-to-air heat pump systems for several bedrooms and a large room under the roof.
This Toshiba multi-split configuration remains below 12 kW per system and may qualify, for a dwelling older than two years and where all tax conditions are met, for the new 5.5% VAT rule for air-to-air heat pumps. The Toshiba multi-split outdoor units used are in a high efficiency class: A++ for cooling and, depending on the outdoor unit and configuration, A+ to A++ for heating.
For this home, integration was especially important: as little visible pipework indoors as possible, neat wall penetrations and an exterior zinc finish suited to the stone facade. The pipework was therefore routed as much as possible through technical spaces and behind wall finishes.
This is exactly the type of project where preparation makes the difference: not just hanging a unit, but thinking ahead about pipe routes, condensate drainage, electrical connection and the final appearance.
