I help with maintenance, checks and faults on air conditioning and electrical installations.
For air conditioning, I do not only check whether the unit still blows air or cools. I also measure the installation technically, so it becomes clear how the system is really performing.
For electrical faults, I work in the same way: first measure and understand what is happening, then repair in a targeted way.
For air conditioning, I can also offer a preventive maintenance contract. The installation is then not only checked when a fault has already appeared, but inspected and followed up periodically.
The benefits are mainly practical:
Preventive maintenance does not remove every risk of a fault, but it helps to follow the condition of the installation more closely and limit unpleasant surprises.
For refrigeration maintenance, I have the necessary measuring equipment to properly check an air conditioning installation.
This allows me to look at, among other things:
Maintenance then becomes more than just cleaning. By measuring properly, I can often better assess whether an installation is working normally, losing efficiency or needs further investigation.
For air conditioning faults I bring specialist measuring and diagnostic equipment.
For electrical faults too, I measure systematically.
For example, I check:
With existing installations, it is important to work carefully. Sometimes the cause is simple, but sometimes the problem is deeper in the installation. I explain clearly what I measure and what I think is the most logical next step.
Contact me in case of a fault or urgent problem.
If it fits into my planning, I can often come by the same day, usually directly after my working day, around 5 to 6 pm.
The rate for service and fault-finding work is:
€ 45,- per hour (HT) with a minimum of 1 hour.
The time charged covers the time needed on site and the full service, including preparation, diagnosis, execution of the work and administrative follow-up.
Travel time/travel costs are charged as working time and listed as a separate line on the invoice.
Any required materials are charged separately, where applicable.
Regular maintenance is especially useful when:
A well-maintained air conditioner runs more quietly, more hygienically and usually more efficiently. Small issues also often become visible before they turn into a real fault.
During a service visit, I start with the complaint or question: what exactly do you notice, when does it happen and since when?
Then I check the installation step by step. For air conditioning, I combine visual inspection, cleaning where needed and measurements of the operation. For electrical faults, I first measure the basic values so it becomes clearer where the problem is likely to be.
If a repair is possible immediately, I carry it out. If parts are needed or further investigation is required, I discuss that clearly first.
